Eastman is a secluded, private vacation area embracing a two-mile pristine lake. Unencumbered by tourism or suburban sprawl, it is a truly ideal getaway.  Located about 1 hour and 45 minutes north of Boston, this recreational area provides - at once - privacy and accessibility - to a lake unspoiled by motor craft, rounded by uninterrupted walking trails, next to a much-celebrated golf course, tennis courts and many other amenities.

• Your accommodations are a two-story, Lakeside townhouse: It is very private.
  
• You are really on the lake, with expansive views through walls of windows (17 windows overlook the lake).
• There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a loft that can sleep 2, kitchen and family room, on two stories.
  
• You have direct access to your own Kayak and a beautiful and classic teak Canoe.
  
• You are literally steps to the beach, and can virtually "swim out the back door" to the raft, pictured above.
  
• The place is meant to be a cottage, and is simple but comfortable, ample, and well-cared for - just updated:
• 32-Inch LCD TV with DVD and Cable, Cable modem High-Speed Internet. 
  
• New Windows and Sliding Glass Doors, New private stairs off your deck, affording direct access to the lake.
• New Grill, Patio Furniture (seats 6-8 comfortably for a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner).
• New Sofas. New Hand-Forged Lighting.  Beach chairs, etc...
  
• Newly Painted this spring - master bedroom, kitchen, family room, and loft (all but the upstairs bedroom and baths).
  
• All the ingredients for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation are provided.
